📋 The Black Oranda Goldfish carries a deep, velvety jet-black body crowned with a plush, raised "wen", a soft, bubbly hood that grows over the head, along with a long, flowing double tail. This dark, dramatic form of the queen of goldfish has a bold, elegant presence and makes a stunning contrast with brightly coloured goldfish.
It's a captive-bred fancy goldfish, developed in China and Japan. Every Black Oranda Goldfish we ship is feeding well.
This is a friendly, peaceful fish that glides gracefully around the tank, its wen growing fuller and more impressive as it matures, and it quickly learns to come to the front at feeding time. It thrives in a spacious aquarium with other fancy goldfish and grows up to 20cm, so a 100L tank suits it well.
