🐟 Red & White Lionchu Goldfish (Carassius auratus)

A Crisp Red-and-White Body • A Big, Plush Lion's Mane Head Growth • A Thai-Bred Fancy Goldfish Champion

📋 The Red & White Lionchu Goldfish carries a crisp red-and-white body, with bold red patches over clean white, along with a big, plush head growth like a lion's mane, a smooth, finless arched back and a short, tucked tail. Developed in Thailand by blending the Lionhead and the Ranchu, the Lionchu has become one of the most celebrated show goldfish in the world, and every red-and-white pattern is unique.

It's a captive-bred fancy goldfish, developed in Thailand. Every Red & White Lionchu Goldfish we ship is feeding well.

This is a gentle, friendly, peaceful fish that paddles happily around the tank, its head growth filling out as it matures, and it quickly learns to come to the front at feeding time. It's best kept with other slow-moving fancy goldfish and grows up to 15cm, so an 80L tank suits it well.
