Its small, thick, glossy dark-green leaves are tough and long-lasting, and its compact size makes it perfect for nano tanks, shrimp tanks and the fine details of an aquascape. Tie it onto driftwood, tuck it between rocks or set it among mosses and ferns, and it brings a neat, natural, established look to any layout.
It's exceptionally hardy. It grows slowly and steadily in low to moderate light, needs no CO2, and keeps its tidy shape for years with almost no trimming. Simply attach it to wood or stone, and it settles in to become a long-lived feature. Prefer it ready-made? It's also available mounted on Pterocarpus wood.
It's a freshwater plant, perfect for freshwater aquariums and also at home in paludariums.
