📋 Rotala Nanjenshan is one of the finest-textured Rotalas you can grow. Its thin, needle-like leaves line slender, branching stems, building soft, feathery bushes that add depth and gentle movement to the midground and background. Under strong light, the fresh green tips warm to golden-orange tones, and planted in large groups it creates the soft, natural transitions that make Nature Aquarium and Dutch-style layouts shine.
It grows readily and responds beautifully to trimming: every cut sends out new side shoots, so the group gets denser and bushier each time. Give it moderate to strong light and steady nutrients, with CO2 if you have it, for the most compact, colourful growth.
It's a freshwater plant, suited to freshwater aquariums.
