📋 The Albino Rainbow Shark, also known as the Albino Ruby Shark, carries a pearly golden-white body with blazing red fins, giving it a striking contrast that glows against dark sand and green plants. Its sleek, torpedo-shaped body and tall dorsal fin give it the look of a miniature shark.
It's a captive-bred colour form of a species from Southeast Asia, from the Mekong and Chao Phraya river basins of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. Every Albino Rainbow Shark we ship is feeding well.
This is a bold, active fish that patrols the lower levels of the tank, grazing algae from rocks and driftwood and adding constant movement. It's a confident character that claims its own patch of the tank, so it's best kept as a single shark with lively mid-to-upper level tankmates. It's plant-safe and grows up to 15cm, so a 200L tank suits it well.
