🐟 Celebes Rainbowfish (Marosatherina ladigesi)
A Glowing Golden Body With an Electric Blue Stripe • Elegant Black-and-Yellow Sail Fins • A Rare Gem From Sulawesi

📋 The Celebes Rainbowfish, also known as the Celebes Sailfin or Marosatherina, carries a translucent golden body crossed by a glowing electric blue stripe that shines under the light. Males show off elegant, extended dorsal and anal fins edged in bold black and lemon yellow, giving the shoal a delicate, sailing look.
It comes from the clear, limestone streams of the Maros region of Sulawesi, Indonesia. Every Celebes Rainbowfish we ship is feeding well.
This is a lively, peaceful shoaling fish that drifts through the middle and upper levels of the tank, and it looks its best in a group of six or more. Males spread their sail fins in shimmering displays to one another, a beautiful sight in a planted tank. It grows up to 7.5cm, so a 120L tank suits it well.
