🐟 Dawn Tetra (Hyphessobrycon eos)
A Warm Gold-to-Coppery-Bronze Body With Rosy Red-Orange Overtones • Named After Eos, the Greek Goddess of Dawn • A Peaceful, Easygoing Schooling Species

📋 The Dawn Tetra, also known as the Sunrise Tetra, has a warm gold-to-coppery-bronze body touched with rosy red-orange overtones, a colouration reminiscent of first light that gives the species its name, after Eos, the Greek goddess of dawn.
It comes from Guyana, naturally inhabiting the region's freshwater streams and tributaries. Every Dawn Tetra we ship is feeding well.
This is a peaceful, easygoing schooling species, coexisting well with other calm community fish. It shows its warmest colouration in a proper school of 6 or more, set against dark substrate and planting. It reaches up to 4.2cm, so a 60L tank suits a school well.
