🐠 Yellowlined Basslet (Gramma linki)

Marine Reef-Safe Cave-Dwelling Basslet • Blue-Grey Body With Bright Yellow Streaks Framing the Face • Genuinely a Deep-Water Species — Rarely Available Given Its Collection Depth • Advanced Marine Fish

📋 The Yellowlined Basslet, also known as the Yellowcheek Basslet or Dusky Basslet, has a genuinely striking blue-grey body accented with bright yellow streaks framing its face.

Native exclusively to the deep waters of the Caribbean, this species genuinely dwells at depths of 90 to 540 feet, living within caves beneath ledges, and is genuinely often found facing downward against the rocks.

We want to be honest that given the genuine depths at which this species is collected, it's rarely available and we don't always have it in stock. This species genuinely prefers a larger tank relative to its small size, given its natural deep-water origins, and is a real sociable fish with a genuinely bold temperament, cruising confidently around the tank once properly acclimated. It's fully reef safe, and genuinely does well alongside other tank mates, though we recommend genuine ample hiding places and a well-structured aquascape to help it settle in comfortably.
