    Our koi cover every classic variety and more. The legendary Gosanke lead the way: the red-and-white Kohaku, the crisp tri-colour Taisho Sanke and the bold black Showa, joined by the treasured Tancho with its single red crown. For shine, the Ogon and Platinum Ogon gleam in solid metal, the Ginrin sparkles with diamond-like scales and the Kikokuryu swirls black over metallic white. The blue-netted Asagi and its smooth Doitsu form, the Shusui, show koi at their most elegant, alongside the five-colour Goshiki, the lace-robed Koromo, the black-spotted Bekko and the dramatic Utsurimono. Butterfly and Hirenaga koi trail long, flowing fins, while the unusual Kawarimono, including the famously friendly Chagoi, and our hand-selected Assorted Grade Koi round out the collection.

    # Care tips:

    • Keep koi in a group in a large, deep pond of 4,000L or more.

    • Run strong filtration and aeration, with regular water changes.

    • In warm climates, give the pond shade and strong aeration to keep the water cool and oxygen-rich.

    • Feed small meals 2-3 times a day, only as much as they finish in a few minutes.

    • Cover the pond with netting to protect koi from birds and stop them jumping out.

    • Keep the pond free of sharp edges to protect long fins and smooth Doitsu skin.
